Concert Room hire T&C

1. Room hire includes use of kitchen areas for water/tea urn is included in the price. Kitchen must be left clean and tidy, cups and saucers to be washed, dried and put away in all rubbish removed by yourselves.
   
2. The club accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any items of a personal nature or any other property brought onto the premises by the hirer.
   
3. The hirer must ensure they have their own public liability insurance, proof of such is required.
   
4. If the booking is no longer required machine for management 48-hour is before otherwise the booking is chargeable.
